Dr. Thorpe A. Jacob graduated Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Pittsburg, with a B.S. in Chemistry in 1982 and a doctorate in Dentistry in 1986. From 1986-1989, Dr Jacob served as a Naval officer treating Marines at Paris Island and at Marine Corp Air Station in beautiful Beaufort SC.

During his time serving, Dr Jacob was supported and trained by specialists in every aspect of dentistry, including 18 months in the oral surgery department. After serving in the Navy, Dr. Jacob was not ready to leave South Carolina so he purchased a practice in a small rural town in SC. Dr. Jacob placed his first dental implant in 1991 and pursued implant training in the United States, Europe. and South America.

Dr. Jacob is an expert in implant dentistry and has placed dental implants for over 3 decades! Dr. Jacob also opened his practices up to new dentists for training where he has been fortunate to have the opportunity to mentor and train nine dentists within the organization to become proficient in implant dentistry.

Dr. Jacob’s passion and focus today is to provide full arch implant retained teeth in the safest, most efficient and affordable manor to as many of the 60 million patients in need of this life transforming treatment.

In his free time, Dr. Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an avid golfer and most weekends you can find him on or near a golf course. Dr. Jacob also enjoys traveling all over the world when given an opportunity.
